Setting up playbooks just got a whole lot easier. Instead of configuring each automation by hand, describe what you want to automate and Olli proposes a ready-to-use set of playbooks tailored to your org's stages, frameworks, and workflows.
What's new
Describe, don't configure.
Tell Olli what you want to automate in plain language or pick from suggested prompts like "Help me set up playbooks for my sales process" or "Create playbooks for post-meeting follow-ups." Olli generates 2–4 playbook proposals based on your org's actual pipeline stages, frameworks, and workflows.Editable proposal cards.
Each proposal shows the trigger, actions, and notification settings with a rationale for why it helps. Before creating anything, you can swap stages, frameworks, or workflows via inline drop downs, toggle living documents, adjust notification channels, and rename titles — all without leaving the card.Create one at a time.
Nothing goes live without you clicking "Create Playbook" on a specific card. Skip what doesn't fit, edit what's close, or type follow-up feedback and Olli will regenerate proposals incorporating your changes.Getting Started
You must be a Fluint admin to use the wizard when configuring playbooks for your org.
- Go to Playbooks in the sidebar
- Click "What playbooks can I help you create?" (or the wizard icon in the header if you already have playbooks)
- Describe what you want to automate, or pick a suggested prompt
- Review the proposal cards — edit triggers, actions, and notifications inline
- Click Create Playbook on each card you want to activate
- Send follow-up feedback to refine and Olli will update the proposals

What's New
Start tasks by speaking.
Click the voice icon next to Olli anywhere the chat sidebar appears (such as the pipeline view or within a deal) and just say what you need. Olli hears you and gets to work immediately. Voice Standup.
Walk through your Flow Mode recommendations with Olli out loud. Say "yes, do it" to approve an action, "skip that one" to move on, or ask follow-up questions about why something matters. Olli responds in real-time and executes approved tasks while you keep talking.Keep working while tasks run.
When you ask Olli to do something via voice, it starts processing in the background. A task status modal shows what's running, what's finished, and gives you direct links to completed outputs. Navigate away, come back later—your work is still there waiting.Calendar based tasks.

Keeping your CRM up to date has always been a tax on your reps' time — until now. Custom Field Mapping automatically writes opportunity insights from Fluint directly into your Salesforce or HubSpot custom fields, so your CRM reflects reality without anyone having to type a thing.

- Go to Settings → Integrationsin Fluint.
- Scroll to the Custom Field Mappingsection (you'll need an active Salesforce or HubSpot integration to see this).
- Toggle the feature on.
- For each Fluint field (Business Case, MEDDPICC components, or any custom fields you've created), use the dropdown to select which CRM field it should sync to.
- Click Save— Olli will begin syncing data to your CRM as deals are updated going forward.
- To add custom fields beyond the defaults, use the + Custom Fieldsbutton at the bottom to define new fields with a label, description, and value type.

Enterprise teams can now use SSO with Fluint, plus automated user provisioning through SCIM. Connect your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, or any SAML/OIDC provider) and let your team log in with their existing company credentials. SCIM ensures your Fluint workspace stays in sync with your identity provider automatically.

Setting up SSO
You must be a Fluint Integrations admin to set up SSO for your org.
- Go to Settings → Authentication in your Fluint workspace
- Select SSO and choose SAML or OIDC
- Add your identity provider details
- Test the connection to make sure it works
- Enable SSO for your organization
- Share your custom login URL with your team
Setting up SCIM (Optional)
SCIM automates user management and works alongside SSO. You must be a Fluint Integrations admin to configure SCIM.
- Go to Settings → Authentication → SCIM
- Generate your SCIM credentials (base URL and bearer token)
- Add these credentials to your identity provider's SCIM configuration
- Test the connection
- Enable SCIM provisioning
Once enabled, your identity provider will automatically create, update, and remove Fluint users based on changes in your IdP.
