Fluint now connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365, giving Dynamics users the same deal intelligence, document sync, and Olli capabilities that Salesforce and HubSpot customers have had. If your team runs on Dynamics, everything just clicked into place.
What's New
Full CRM sync.
Fluint pulls your Dynamics accounts, contacts, opportunities, users, and pipeline stages. Opportunities become deals in Fluint automatically, owned by the right rep based on email matching.
Olli knows your Dynamics pipeline.
Ask Olli about open deals, account history, contacts, or pipeline value and it queries your synced Dynamics data directly in chat. Ask things like "What's the pipeline value of my deals closing this quarter?" or "Show me all open opportunities for Acme Corp."
Documents push back to Dynamics.
When you publish a document revision on a Dynamics-connected deal, it automatically lands on the opportunity timeline in Dynamics as a Note with the rendered document attached. Subsequent revisions update the same Note rather than creating duplicates.
Stage-based deal filtering.
Only want certain pipeline stages to become deals in Fluint? Set stage filters in your integration settings and Fluint will only pull in the opportunities that match. Filters apply on the next sync.
Getting Started
  1. Go to
    Settings > Integrations
    and click
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
  2. Enter your Dynamics org subdomain (e.g.
    yourorg.crm.dynamics.com
    ) and click
    Continue
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve the permissions Fluint requests
  4. Wait for the first sync to complete (a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on your instance size)
  5. Ask Olli "What's in my Dynamics pipeline?" to confirm everything is connected
  6. Set stage filters in
    Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Dynamics 365 > Filters
if you want to limit which opportunities become deals
Fluint now adapts to the way you work, light or dark. Whether you're deep in a pipeline review at midnight or just prefer a sleeker look, the app now feels at home in any lighting.
What's New
It just works.
Dark mode automatically matches your OS system preference, so if your device is already in dark mode, Fluint will be too. No setup required.
You're in control.
Prefer a different look than what your OS is set to? Override it anytime. The setting lives in Settings > Account at the bottom of the page.
Full app coverage.
The theme applies across the platform, including your pipeline, deal views, conversations, and more, all in whichever mode you've chosen.
Fresh aesthetic, same everything else.
All your data, workflows, and Olli conversations look and behave the same. Just easier on the eyes.
Getting Started
  1. Open Fluint. If your device is in dark mode, it'll already be active.
  2. To customize your preference, click your profile or navigate to
    Settings
  3. Go to
    Account
  4. Scroll to the bottom section and select your preferred theme
  5. Changes apply instantly, no refresh needed
Your pipeline has never looked this good.

You can now organize users into teams that mirror your real reporting structure and filter everything in Fluint by team. Whether you're a sales leader scoping your segment or a CRO rolling up the whole org, Teams makes it instant.
What's New
Filter deals, meetings, and docs by team.
A Team filter now appears across your deal pipeline, leaderboard, documents library, and meetings library. Select any team and the view automatically rolls up every sub-team underneath it.
Ask Olli to scope by team.
Skip the filters and just ask. "What deals does the Mid-Market team have open?" or "Summarize the documents the Enterprise team created this month" and Olli handles it automatically.
An org chart everyone can view.
Admins manage teams in list view, but anyone in the org can switch to Chart view in Settings to see the full reporting structure at a glance.
Role titles that shape how Olli talks to you.
Set a role title on your profile (CRO, VP Sales, AE) and Olli adjusts its style to match. Leaders get strategic summaries; AEs get tactical next steps.
Getting Started
  1. Go to Settings > Teams (admin access required to setup/edit)
  2. Click Create Team, name it, and optionally assign a leader
  3. Add sub-teams and select a parent to build out your hierarchy
  4. Add members using the person+ icon on any team
  5. Head to the deals page, open Filters, and select a team to see it in action
Teams are purely for filtering and rollups — no data is hidden or restricted for anyone based on their team.

Olli now sends a single daily (or twice-daily, or thrice-daily) digest, plus immediate alerts for anything you can't wait on. Choose email, Slack DM, or both, and control exactly what you hear about and when.
What's New
Smart digests written in Olli's voice.
Instead of a flood of individual pings, Olli batches your activity into a single digest and writes it in plain language. It pulls from meeting recaps, deal health updates, and account summaries, surfacing what changed and why it matters.
Email and Slack DM, side by side.
Notifications now land as direct messages from Olli in Slack, in addition to email. To link your Slack account, mention @olli in any Slack channel and click the Link Account button in the private message you receive.
Your schedule, your cadence.
Set your own digest frequency: 3x daily (7am, 12pm, 5pm local time), 2x daily, 1x daily, every 4 hours, or off. Configure email and Slack DM independently, so you're not locked into the same rhythm on both. For anything time-sensitive, flip the category to Immediate and it delivers in real time instead of waiting for the next digest window.
Per-category preferences.
Each of the 8 notification categories (Meeting insights, Deal activity, Deal health, AI insights, Sharing, Chat flows, Playbooks, Olli memory) can be set to Digest, Immediate, or Off independently on email and Slack DM. Want a daily email digest but immediate Slack pings for new meeting recaps? Set it up that way.
Click straight to what matters.
Every notification includes deep links directly to the relevant deal, meeting, account, or document in Fluint. No more digging through your inbox to find the thing Olli is talking about.
Getting Started
  1. Go to Settings > Notifications to open your preferences
  2. Turn on Email, Slack DM, or both, and pick your digest cadence for each (default: 3x daily at 7am, 12pm, and 5pm local time)
  3. Decide per category whether you want Digest, Immediate, or Off on each channel
  4. (Optional) Override your timezone if Fluint's detected one isn't right
  5. Changes save automatically — no Save button needed

We've launched a new Startup tier for teams that want to get up and running on their own. Get access to integrations and full Olli capabilities through a guided setup checklist that walks you through everything.
What's New
A new tier built for independence.
The Startups tier gives you everything you need—integrations, frameworks, playbooks—with self-service setup instead of scheduled onboarding calls. Perfect for small teams that want to move fast without waiting on us.
Setup checklist that sticks around.
A clear list of tasks shows exactly what needs configuring. Different people on your team can tackle different steps, and progress saves automatically so you can pick up where you left off.
Smart task ordering.
Tasks that depend on each other are blocked until you're ready. You can't run a data backfill before connecting your CRM, and the UI makes that clear upfront.
Skip what you don't need.
Not using Slack? Don't want to set up playbooks yet? Skip optional tasks and come back to them later if you change your mind.
Pre-populated context.
Instead of starting with a blank slate, Olli researches your company and suggests what it should know about you. Review it, expand on it, and you're done—much faster than uploading everything manually.
Getting Started
Upgrade to the Startups tier via the Settings -> Billing page. Once you do, you'll see the setup checklist right away:
  1. Add your team members
  2. Connect your integrations (CRM, meetings, Slack)
  3. Review and expand the global context Olli researched
  4. Configure frameworks, chat flows, and sales process as needed
  5. Set up playbooks for automated actions
Olli now works directly alongside Claude. Just mention Olli by name in Claude within any conversation and he'll pull in your deal context, account data, and Fluint workflows — right where you're already thinking.
What's New
Olli lives inside Claude.
Connect once and Olli becomes a skill Claude can call on automatically. No tab-switching, no copy-pasting. Mention Olli in your message and he gets to work on your deals in real time. Available within any Claude interface (Mobile, Desktop, Web UI, Claude Code).
Your full deal context, on demand.
Ask about a specific deal and Olli surfaces everything: key stakeholders, recent activity, objections raised, competitors in the mix, and where things stand in the buying process. All grounded in your actual Fluint data.
Works across every conversation.
Whether you're prepping for a call, drafting an email, or thinking through a stalled deal, Olli plugs into the conversation and brings the relevant context with him. No need to switch tools or re-explain the situation.
One-time setup, always available.
Once you've connected Olli as a custom connector in Claude, he's toggled on by default every time you open a new conversation.
Getting Started
  1. Log into Fluint, go to
    Settings
    , and click the
    Olli for Claude
    tab
  2. Copy your
    MCP Server URL
    and

(you won't need the Client Secret)
  3. In the Claude desktop app, click
    (+)
    → hover over
    Connectors
    →
    Manage Connectors

    Olli
, paste in your MCP Server URL and OAuth Client ID, then click
    Add

Olli now remembers how you work. Correct it once — "frame this around cost savings, not velocity" — and that preference sticks across every conversation going forward.
What's New
Corrections that stick.
Redirect Olli mid-conversation and it captures the preference on the spot. A capture indicator appears inline so you know it was saved, with a Manage link to review and adjust scope from your settings.
Visible attribution.
When Olli applies a saved preference, it shows you exactly which learnings it used.
Two levels of memory.
Your personal style and your org's messaging standards are tracked separately. New reps inherit institutional knowledge from day one.
Full control in one place.
The new Olli Memory view shows everything Olli knows about you: what was learned and how confident it is. Edit, toggle off, boost confidence, or manually add preferences anytime.
See what Olli knows mid-conversation.
Click the brain icon in the chat sidebar to open the "What Olli Knows" panel — your active learnings grouped by type, right where you're working.
Getting Started
  1. Correct Olli naturally in any chat ("make this shorter" or "lead with ROI") and watch the capture indicator appear.
  2. Click Manage on the capture indicator to review the learning and adjust its scope.
  3. In your next conversation, look for the attribution chip to see which preferences were applied.
  4. Open Olli Memory under Settings in the sidebar to review, edit, or manually teach Olli something new.
The more you teach Olli, the less you have to repeat yourself.

Olli can now analyze your entire pipeline at once — not just one deal at a time. Ask broad questions and get specific, grounded answers in seconds.
What's New
Multi-deal analysis.
Ask "Why are we losing in Stage 3?" or "Which deals have gone cold?" and Olli scans your whole pipeline and reports back with real deal names and patterns.
Activity timelines.
Olli tracks engagement across deals chronologically, so you can spot which deals have gone quiet, where momentum dropped, and what happened after key meetings.
Deal health signals.
Every deal gets an automatic health score — on-track, at-risk, or stalled — updated whenever new emails, meetings, or CRM changes come in. Ask Olli about any deal and it'll surface key stakeholders, competitors that have come up, objections raised, compelling events, and where the deal is in the buying process.
Document intelligence.
Proposals, mutual action plans, and contracts are analyzed automatically when uploaded. Ask Olli to summarize documents tied to a deal and it'll pull out pricing, commitments, conditions, who's involved, and how much engagement the docs are getting.
Account summaries.
Olli now sees your full relationship with an account — overall health, revenue breakdown, deal history, key contacts, and expansion or churn signals all in one place. You can also ask Olli to surface health signals across multiple accounts and filter by risk category.
Pipeline patterns.
Ask Olli what it's seeing across your pipeline and get win/loss patterns, stage bottlenecks, where risk is concentrated, and how you stack up against competitors.
Getting Started
  1. Ask "Why are we losing deals this quarter?" or "Which deals are most at risk?"
  2. Ask "Which deals have had no activity in 30 days?" to surface what's gone quiet
  3. Ask "Summarize our relationship with [Account Name]" for a full account view
  4. Ask "What pricing did we offer in the Globex proposal?" to pull details from a doc
  5. Use it before pipeline reviews — "Where are deals getting stuck most often?"
Setting up playbooks just got a whole lot easier. Instead of configuring each automation by hand, describe what you want to automate and Olli proposes a ready-to-use set of playbooks tailored to your org's stages, frameworks, and workflows.
What's new
Describe, don't configure.
Tell Olli what you want to automate in plain language or pick from suggested prompts like "Help me set up playbooks for my sales process" or "Create playbooks for post-meeting follow-ups." Olli generates 2–4 playbook proposals based on your org's actual pipeline stages, frameworks, and workflows.
Editable proposal cards.
Each proposal shows the trigger, actions, and notification settings with a rationale for why it helps. Before creating anything, you can swap stages, frameworks, or workflows via inline drop downs, toggle living documents, adjust notification channels, and rename titles — all without leaving the card.
Create one at a time.
Nothing goes live without you clicking "Create Playbook" on a specific card. Skip what doesn't fit, edit what's close, or type follow-up feedback and Olli will regenerate proposals incorporating your changes.
Getting Started
You must be a Fluint admin to use the wizard when configuring playbooks for your org.
  1. Go to Playbooks in the sidebar
  2. Click "What playbooks can I help you create?" (or the wizard icon in the header if you already have playbooks)
  3. Describe what you want to automate, or pick a suggested prompt
  4. Review the proposal cards — edit triggers, actions, and notifications inline
  5. Click Create Playbook on each card you want to activate
  6. Send follow-up feedback to refine and Olli will update the proposals
Playbook modal - 7
Your morning standup just got a voice. Skip the typing and have a real conversation with Olli about your day, your deals, and what needs attention.
What's New
Start tasks by speaking.
Click the voice icon next to Olli anywhere the chat sidebar appears (such as the pipeline view or within a deal) and just say what you need. Olli hears you and gets to work immediately.
Voice Standup.
Walk through your Flow Mode recommendations with Olli out loud. Say "yes, do it" to approve an action, "skip that one" to move on, or ask follow-up questions about why something matters. Olli responds in real-time and executes approved tasks while you keep talking.
Keep working while tasks run.
When you ask Olli to do something via voice, it starts processing in the background. A task status modal shows what's running, what's finished, and gives you direct links to completed outputs. Navigate away, come back later—your work is still there waiting.
Calendar based tasks.
Connect your calendar to power Flow Mode insights. Olli then knows about your upcoming meetings during voice standups. Attendee lists, timing, context—it's all there. Ask about your day and get relevant insights based on who you're meeting with and when.
Getting Started
  1. Look for the voice icon next to Olli anywhere the chat sidebar appears
  2. Click the icon to open the voice task modal
  3. Speak your request—be as specific or casual as you like
  4. For Flow Mode standup, navigate to Flow Mode and start a voice standup
  5. Approve recommendations by saying "yes" or "do it", skip with "no" or "next"
  6. Check the task status modal anytime to see what's running or completed
  7. Click links in completed tasks to jump directly to the results
