Many teams have multiple deals for one account and the context can't be shared from deal to deal, they have to transfer it manually. Have a new onboarding team that only works this way, not a huge pain point, but not helpful either.
Allowing users to work at an account level by pulling in context to that 1 account from multiple associated deals

I'm seeing this marked as completed, but when I try to create an account level document, I can only use meetings attached to open opportunities. We need to be able to access all historical meetings to really make this functionality work.

Numerous asks from our team for the ability to assign recordings to a Salesforce Account. This is especially important when we don't have an open/active opportunity. Further, it will allow us to better collect information and generate documents etc. ahead of creating the Opportunity in Salesforce.
"This would function in the same way that a contact in salesforce can be associated with an opportunity AND an account, BUT does not have to be associated with an opportunity in order to be associated with an account."
Second we would also like to be better able to link multiple opportunities from an account in the creation of a holistic account level document as well.
