Adding 'Team Filter' ability

As a manager, I want to see all of my direct reports as a filter on my pipeline dashboard. Ideally, we'd set up the ability to create custom groups (i.e. "teams") in the User Management tab. And then have those custom groups appear as filters throughout the app, especially on pipeline, meetings, and doc view.
Additionally, if we save 'team' or a 'manager' designation as an attribute on users, this could also be a path to reporting usage at the manager level.

Set-up your teams under Settings -> Teams. A Team filter now appears across your deal pipeline, leaderboard, documents library, and meetings library. Select any team and the view automatically rolls up every sub-team underneath it.

Would like to filter throughout Fluint by team, i.e. AE vs. AM or CSM. Will also allow me to maybe create playbooks specific to AE's for example
